1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using monaOS ("the Platform"), a multi-agent orchestration system for building and deploying AI teams, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. monaOS enables you to create specialized AI workers, configure inter-agent workflows, and orchestrate production-grade multi-agent systems. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Platform for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the Platform materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account, including agent actions and API usage
• All costs incurred by your projects and agents (including Cloud Run compute costs)
• Properly configuring agent permissions and access controls
• Monitoring your agents and workflows for appropriate behavior

monaOS reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove projects, or disable agents that violate these terms or pose security risks.

4. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Multi-Agent Orchestration & Usage

monaOS provides a multi-agent orchestration platform with containerized agent runtime, schema-validated messaging, and configurable workflows. You acknowledge that:

• Agent Autonomy: AI agents are autonomous entities that make decisions based on their configuration, tools, and LLM providers
• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for configuring agents, workflows, tools, credentials, and monitoring their behavior
• Agent Actions: monaOS is not liable for actions taken by agents you create, configure, and deploy
• Inter-Agent Communication: You control message schemas and workflows between agents
• Tool & API Access: You are responsible for securing and managing API keys and credentials you provide to agents
• Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, including those governing AI usage, data privacy, and third-party service terms
• LLM Providers: If you use external LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), you must comply with their terms of service

6. Disclaimer

The materials on monaOS's Platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. monaOS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall monaOS or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.

8. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on monaOS's Platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. monaOS does not warrant that any of the materials on its Platform are accurate, complete, or current. monaOS may make changes to the materials contained on its Platform at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
